Our Return Policy

At Empire Manchester, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with United Kingdom consumer protection laws.

To qualify for a return, all items must be returned in their original condition and must not show any signs of wear, use, washing, damage, odors, stains, or alterations.

All returned items must include their original tags and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these requirements.


Items That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene, safety, and operational reasons, certain items are non-returnable.

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Socks
  • Accessories
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products

How To Start A Return

To request a return, please contact our support team before sending any items back.

  • Your order number
  • The reason for your return request

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide detailed return instructions including the correct return address.

Please do not send any items back without prior approval, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.


Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning items, as Empire Manchester cannot be held responsible for lost or missing return parcels.


Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order carefully upon arrival.

If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include clear photos showing the problem with the product and packaging.

Once reviewed, we will offer an appropriate solution which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.


Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected by our team, you will receive an email confirming whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing times may apply before the refund appears in your account.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error made by Empire Manchester.


Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and will instead fall under this Return & Refund Policy.


Fraud Prevention & Abuse

To protect our business and customers, Empire Manchester reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, or orders where fraudulent activity, excessive abuse, or suspicious behavior is suspected.
