Return Policy

Empire Manchester is a UK-based company. Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order. Approved returns must be sent back within a further 14 days.

 

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached. Items that show signs of wear or damage will not be accepted.

Returns are eligible for a refund only. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds are processed after inspection and may take up to 10 working days.
